Our Chief Cultivation Officer and Co-Founder Greg brings professional experience from his history in Agribusiness in both private and public sectors. He offers extensive agricultural expertise, most notably in the hemp industry. He carries a “hands in the soil” approach with a focus on regenerative practices and innovative technology. He assists industry participants to create sustainable production models alongside the oversight of several cultivation and hemp-related projects.

Our Chief Executive Officer and co-founder Justin is a serial entrepreneur with over a quarter-century of operations management experience with enterprises in the public and private sectors. He has combined his passion for the health and wellness benefits of cannabis and hemp plants with his expertise in business development projects. His hemp farming interests span 3 continents as he works with like-minded organizations to make the world a better place one hemp plant at a time.

Dr. Cris Alves PHD

Dr. Alves is our Chief Science Officer and is an experienced researcher with a BSc degree in Biological Science from Universidade de Brasília ; MSc and PhD degrees in Molecular Virology from Nagoya University; and postdoc experiences in Australasian universities. . He has authored several peer reviewed publications and has led many academic and commercial research projects.
